Martin Whitfield MSP said:

“The cost of living crisis is biting hard with many households finding it harder than ever to make ends meet. I want to ensure that anyone who is struggling with these issues can access the help, advice and support they need to help them through the crisis.

“I’ve organised these advice surgeries as outreach events to offer extra support. I’m encouraging anyone from the villages I’ll be attending to come for a chat and to raise any specific or general concerns on the cost of living or any other devolved matters.”

At the same time as organising these surgeries, Mr Whitfield has also launched a new cost of living section on his website. It provides information about sources of help and support along with links to relevant organisations and agencies that are able to provide advice or assistance with the cost of living crisis.

The section can be viewed at www.martinwhitfieldmsp.com/cost-of-living/.
